How did your partner propose? 

Andy proposed during a picnic of the ground of a chateau in France! We were drunk on cheap red wine 😊

What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to your wedding?  

Good question! Do what makes you happy and no one else! All that matters is that the groom and the registrar turn up on the day!

How did you go about finding your wedding dress? 

Lots of research! I was recommended to visit Fross by a friend.

Stella York

What made you fall in love with the dress that you chose? 

The intricate lace and the blush underlay. I felt it stood out from your traditional ivory dress.

Did you wear a veil and/or any other bridal accessories? 

Mid veil

Tell us a little about your wedding day – the vibe, what inspired you, etc.

The vibe was elegance, up until the bangers and mash for the wedding breakfast!

What was your favourite moment from the day itself? 

Seeing Andy at the end of the aisle 😊

Is there any advice you would be happy to share with other brides? 

Our photographer also packed a stash of jelly babies for the long photo shoots! Get someone to stash some sugary snacks for that long shoot!

Are you taking a honeymoon and if so when (in relation to your wedding, ie, immediately after, or sometime later) and what are your plans? 

Immediately after we spent 10 nights in Mauritius
