Expert Styling Advice
6 MONTHS BEFORE
Our team of highly-trained bridal stylists will not only help you to find your dream dress, but also to put together your complete look. From tiaras and veils to belts and shoes, our girls will make you feel beautiful and at ease! With a whole 90 minutes, you will have plenty of time to try on a selection of gorgeous gowns along with our stunning array of bridal accessories.

6 MONTHS BEFORE
Congratulations, you have found The One! It just takes a 50% deposit to place your order. Then relax, the rest is down to us.
Your Fitting With Our Seamstress
10 -12 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR BIG DAY
Upon receiving your wedding dress at our premises, our team will promptly introduce you to our dedicated seamstress, who specialises in bridal attire. You will be provided with the contact details of the seamstress, enabling you to arrange your initial fitting appointment at your convenience. During this appointment, our skilled expert will guide you through the fitting process, offering valuable advice tailored to your specific needs. Taking into account your dress and personal preferences, they will assess the number of additional fittings required for an optimal fitting. You can be reassured that each intricate detail will be handled meticulously, ensuring your wedding dress is flawlessly tailored to perfection, creating an unforgettable experience on your special day.
Your Dress Arrives
Collection Day
For a small fee of £120.00 we can store your gown in the boutique until up to 24 hours before your wedding date. Alternatively, you can collect your gown within 2 weeks of it arriving. Alterations usually begin two months before your big day. Depending on the amount of work needed, you can expect to have around two or three fittings.
This is also the ideal time to have your wedding shoes… as your seamstress will need the height of your heel to take up the length of your gown.
Your final fitting is the most exciting part - this is your chance to see your wedding gown at its finest, sculpted to perfection and ready for your big day!

The best way for us to guarantee every single bride the very best experience in our boutique is via booking an appointment in advance. This enables us to ensure we have enough bridal specialists available, to give you the excellent service we are renowned for!
Unlike many other bridal boutiques we do not charge for our weekday appointments. Saturdays are particularly busy however, so you might want to think about visiting us during the week instead. If you would like to visit us on a weekday, there is no charge for your appointment. During the week we’re open 10.30 to 5.00 with our last appointment starting at 3.30. There is a booking fee of £20 for a Saturday appointment, which is redeemable when you purchase your gown from us. We can open on Sundays if we are not attending a wedding fayre, and subject to availability. Sunday appointments are £20. Please have your credit card available when we call you to confirm your appointment.
We are lucky in that we have a very large boutique so can easily accommodate brides and their parties. We do ask you to let us know if there will be more than 4 of you though so we can just ensure there is enough room for all our brides to be to be comfortable.
Yes we also offer a “closed” VIP bridal appointment for you and your guests with refreshments & nibbles. There is a charge for this exclusive service so please contact us to learn more.
Appointments that require payment (such as Saturday and VIP appointments) have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full booking fee to your credit card.
