Yes, all visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention. You can book online on our Appointments page. We recommend booking 12 to 18 months before your wedding.

Weekday appointments between 10am and 5pm are free. Weekend styling appointments are £50, fully redeemable against the purchase of your gown. We also offer two VIP experiences: The Signature VIP Experience at £65 and The Ultimate Platinum Party at £120 (fully redeemable against your gown). See our Appointments page for full details.

Our weekend styling appointment and Signature VIP Experience welcome the bride plus up to 3 guests. For larger groups, The Ultimate Platinum Party welcomes the bride plus up to 7 guests (8 in total).

Yes. Our Signature VIP Experience (£65) gives you 2 hours of complete boutique exclusivity for the bride plus up to 3 guests, with dedicated styling, complimentary bubbly and luxury treats. For your full bridal party, The Ultimate Platinum Party (£120, fully redeemable against your gown) includes 2 hours of exclusivity for the bride plus up to 7 guests, with premium bubbly, artisan cakes and snacks.

Yes. We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. With more than 72 hours' notice, your fee will be refunded in full or transferred to your new date. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, as the fee covers exclusive boutique hire, scheduled styling staff and catering preparation.

We try to keep a very large range of sample bridal gowns with sizes covering the whole range. All our bridal gowns can be ordered in sizes 4 to 30.

This is where our experience as bridal specialists comes in. We are able to adjust the sample gown to “fit” which gives you an idea of just how it will look on you. Our adjustments will involve pinning in excess fabric if they are too big, or alternatively if they are too small there are many options we can use to allow you an idea of what it will look like. Our large showroom allows for plenty of privacy and you will be made to feel completely comfortable at all times!

It is important to stress again we are here to help and support you as much as you like!

You can either tell us the designer/style you like or we can talk you through the various style options and find what suits you.

Once we have narrowed down the options we can make suggestions for you, or you can chose which dresses you try on with as much advice or guidance as you would like to receive.

It is important to know at the outset if you are shopping to a budget or not. There is nothing worse than finding your dream dress and then finding it is way over your budget!

The majority of our dresses are in the £1200 to £2200 price range. We want you to feel totally comfortable and under no pressure so thinking about your budget in advance is definitely worthwhile.

It is also worth considering our sample gowns (sale wedding dresses). This can allow you to get a wedding dress from £500 and bring forward the possibility of dresses and designers that were initially out of your budget range.

We understand that planning a wedding can be expensive, so we're pleased to offer our brides payment plans to help stagger the cost of your bridal gown. Talk to a member of the team for more details.

The best way to ensure a perfect fit is to take your unique measurements and then cross reference these to the designers size charts. Just like on the high street, one designer may classify you as one size and another designer at another size.

This is no problem at all. Even if you are planning on losing weight, we will always take measurements and go with the size you are on the day, then there is no pressure or stress for you to change, but if you do, that’s when our extremely talented, in-house seamstress can work her magic and make your beautiful gown fit like a glove.

Once we have ordered and received your wedding dress we offer you the chance to use our experienced in-house seamstress. If you choose to do this then we book your initial fitting around 2/3 months away from your big day.



The majority of our brides only require 2 of these fittings to get the gown perfect. The cost and amount of fittings will depend on exactly what is wanted or needed to get the dress just right. This will be discussed on your first fitting directly between yourself and the seamstress.

We always recommend bringing in your shoes and any underwear you are planning on wearing on the day. This will enable us to create the perfect fit. On almost every bridal gown, the hem will have to be taken up, therefore our seamstress will need to know what heel height you are going for. Even if they’re not the exact shoes you’ll be wearing on the day, we just need to be sure they’re the correct height.

Yes! We are completely happy to store your dress safely from the moment it arrives and throughout your fittings for a fee of £120 which includes a final steaming of your gown to ensure you are fully prepared for your day. All you need to do is remember to collect your dress a few days before your wedding (or on your wedding day if you prefer and are local). We will store your dress safely and help ensure it gets to you as crease free as possible.

Once your beautiful gown has arrived, it’s time to book in your alterations appointment with our in-house seamstress, Helen. Even though Helen doesn’t usually begin altering your dress until two months before the big day, it is important to get yourself booked as she is in high demand, especially in the summer months!

Depending on the amount of work you are having done to your gown, Helen will usually see you two or three times before the final fitting. Initially you’ll just need to book in your first fitting then Helen will advise you on the next steps.

Just before the big day, your gorgeous dress will be pressed and hung in a breathable gown cover ensuring it looks flawless down the aisle. If you are tying the knot abroad and are concerned about the travel, we will personally pack your stunning gown ready for your destination wedding.
