How did your partner propose?
Rich proposed to me in Gibraltar at Europa point, it was so incredible.
What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to your wedding?
Remember it’s your day and nobody else’s, it’s your time to shine and make it all about you.
How did you go about finding your wedding dress?
Fross was the first bridal shop I looked in and found my perfect dress. I knew what I wanted but made sure I tried on dresses out of my comfort zone to be 100% sure.
How many dresses did you try on before you found ‘the one’?
I think it was about 5 or 6.
Do you know the name of your dress designer?
Eddy K – Melissa
What made you fall in love with the dress that you chose?
It was exactly what I was looking for and when I tried it on the first time it just felt perfect.
Did you wear a veil and/or any other bridal accessories?
Veil
Tell us a little about your wedding day – the vibe, what inspired you, etc.
The vibe was very much classic and simplistic with pinks/blues & lots of flowers. We had a stunning moon arch which was used as a backdrop and for the table plan. Our inspiration came from seeing the venue and knowing we could make it our own.
What was your favourite moment from the day itself?
My husband’s face when he first saw me in my dress walking down the aisle and also when he couldn’t get the buttons undone at the back of it at the end of the night!
Is there any advice you would be happy to share with other brides?
Remember the day is about you and your partner, nobody else matters as long as you’re both happy!
Are you taking a honeymoon and if so when (in relation to your wedding, ie, immediately after, or sometime later) and what are your plans?
We’re going to Greece in September; the plan is to chill out and relax in the sunshine.
