How did your partner propose?

We were out for dinner on holiday in Chania Crete and he asked the waiter to put the ring in my gin and tonic (without me knowing) I didn’t notice it for ages and wondered why the waiter and Dan kept asking me to drink my drink! When I finally saw it I burst into tears!

What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to your wedding?

To enjoy every second and take a moment to step back and take it all in as it goes so fast.

How did you go about finding your wedding dress?

I searched Pinterest for hours!!

How many dresses did you try on before you found ‘the one’?

What made you fall in love with the dress that you chose?

The train! It was just different and not like anything I had seen before

Did you wear a veil and/or any other bridal accessories?

Yes, I wore a veil and a hair vine.

Tell us a little about your wedding day – the vibe, what inspired you, etc.

We always knew we wanted to get married in Crete over looking the sea, I wanted it to be elegant and full of white and blush flowers.

What was your favourite moment from the day itself?

This is so tough question as I loved the whole day we really wouldn’t have changed a thing, but probably just looking around and seeing our guests so happy and relaxed.

Is there any advice you would be happy to share with other brides?

Try and enjoy the build-up as much as you can even though its stressful just enjoy every moment.

Are you taking a honeymoon and if so when (in relation to your wedding, ie, immediately after, or sometime later) and what are your plans?

We are going to go on our honeymoon but not just yet, we are hoping to go to Disney World Florida next year.
