What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to your wedding?
Take a moment for yourself at your wedding breakfast to sit back with your partner to watch all your friends and family that have come together to celebrate you, laughing and enjoying your special day! Priceless.
How did you go about finding your wedding dress?
Visit dress shops in my local area and lots of scanning through Pinterest.
How many dresses did you try on before you found ‘the one’?
Five.
Do you know the name of your dress designer?
St Patrick.
What made you fall in love with the dress that you chose?
Fit and train, just beautiful!
Did you wear a veil and/or any other bridal accessories?
Veil, Hair piece, Necklace.
Tell us a little about your wedding day – the vibe, what inspired you, etc.
Classic black tie, elegant with white roses, peonies, and loads of green foliage. Buxted park was a dream wedding venue and we felt so lucky to have been able to celebrate our wedding there.
What was your favorite moment from the day itself?
Tough question as the whole day was my favourite but just Celebrating with friends and family after 2 years of cancellations due to COVID was the icing on the top.
Is there any advice you would be happy to share with other brides?
Enjoy the build up and don’t get to hung up on everything has to perfect! Your day will be full of love and happiness and that’s the most important!
Are you taking a honeymoon and if so when (in relation to your wedding, ie, immediately after, or sometime later) and what are your plans?
Yes, we went to Greece for a mini moon and Mexico in October for our honeymoon.
