How did your partner propose?

Christmas Day morning 2016, just me and him!

What’s the best piece of advice you received in the run up to your wedding?

No one will notice the little bits you do and honestly it’s so true! So don’t worry too much if things don’t go right! Everything will eventually fall into place.

How did you go about finding your wedding dress?

I went to 1 wedding dress shop before coming to Fross. I had a style in mind that I liked, but still tried on a few other styles. Once I knew which 1 I liked I then called Fross to get an appointment, knowing she has some top of the range wedding dressing and there my dress was!

How many dresses did you try on before you found ‘the one’?

I actually didn’t try on too many, I would say about 5…

Do you know the name of your dress designer?

Stella York.

What made you fall in love with the dress that you chose?

The way it fitted to my body was just perfect… it was like the dress was meant for me!

Did you wear a veil and/or any other bridal accessories?

I wore a veil, brought through Fross. A belt and earrings. I’m not one to all go all out I like to keep it simple and clean!

Tell us a little about your wedding day – the vibe, what inspired you, etc.

We got married at wickwoods country club and had our whole day there too. After days of raining the sun was finally shining for us! It was very chilled and just wanted to enjoy and spend the day with our family and close friends! Honestly it was absolutely perfect for us both and we love to do it all over again!

What was your favourite moment from the day itself?

After the ceremony, we both just felt so much more relaxed!

Is there any advice you would be happy to share with other brides?

Take sometime just you and your partner and just watch and take everything in as you miss so much!

Are you taking a honeymoon and if so when (in relation to your wedding, ie, immediately after, or sometime later) and what are your plans?

We are, but nothing planned yet! We did take a mini moon to wales for a few nights after the wedding, where we stayed in a little pod in the middle of nowhere with gorgeous views and a hot tub!
